Bald Head Island puts the "exclusive" in exclusive living. Accessible by ferry only, the twenty-minute ferry ride delivers you to a place unlike any other on the Cape Fear Coast.
Don't forget to reserve a tee-time at the Bald Head Island Club, one of the finest and most challenging courses anywhere in the Carolinas. The island's scenic beauty is called center stage to this George Cobb design as it winds its way through the maritime forest of this island lying at the mouth of the Cape Fear River. The course features 15 fresh water lagoons and several tees atop massive dunes which overlook the Atlantic Ocean.

Bald Head Island Association membership is automatic with the purchase of a Bald Head Island home or homesite in Stage One. The Association Covenants “run with the land”, being a publicly recorded document, and tracing back to the original 1972 property restrictions issued by Cape Fear Corporation.
